This policy explains what information the Credix mobile app (“Credix”, “the app”) collects, why, and how it is handled. Credix is operated by Credix (credix.uz) for an installment‑sales business in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By signing in to the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account & contact — your phone number and name, used to sign you in and identify your account.
Identity (where applicable) — passport/PINFL details and a passport photo that your shop records when creating your account, used to verify identity for installment contracts.
Financial & contract data — your installment contracts, payment schedule, amounts, and payment history.
Photos you upload — cheque or document photos you attach to confirm a payment. Camera and photo‑library access are used only when you choose to add a photo.
Preferences — your language and a sign‑in token kept on your device so you stay logged in.

The app does not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

To operate your account and show your contracts, payments, and reliability score.
To let you submit payments (with a cheque photo) for your shop to confirm.
To send payment reminders and receipts via your shop (e.g. Telegram/SMS).
To display amounts in both US dollars and Uzbek soʻm.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How it’s shared

Your information is accessible to the shop your account belongs to and to Credix as the platform operator, solely to provide the service. We use providers strictly to deliver the service (secure hosting, and SMS/Telegram delivery for reminders). We may disclose information if required by law.

Security & storage

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers operated for Credix. Access is limited to your shop and authorized platform staff. We keep your data for as long as your account and contracts are active, and as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your choices

Change your app language in Profile, and sign out at any time.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting your shop or us.

Children

Credix is intended for adults entering installment agreements and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
